The past couple of months have been a whirlwind of a ride. Everything closing down and everyone having to stay indoors has definitely brought forward new ideas and new ways of doing things. One of these new ideas or new normal is virtual training. Gyms, boot camps, fitness training have all been shut down and left us with no gym and for some of us no equipment.


The past months have been rough, but we can always find the good in situations.
