Since COVID-19 has kept pretty much the entire world inside, we have decided to compile a list of our top seven favorite workout equipment for under $80! These tools can be used for a beginner up to professional bodybuilders at home to help keep in shape and stay healthy. The workout equipment we selected are based on the product's ability to be versatile in any workout space and made easy to store.

Jump Rope

Jump Ropes are great tools that can help in every workout. They are extremely small and can fit in pretty much any space. Jump rope exercises can help with shoulders while also increasing endurance and stamina.

Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are great to increase the intensity of workout movements such as jumping, bridges, squats and glute exercises. Many resistance bands can come in a variety pack that will have different intensities depending on the person's abilities and strength.

 Ab Rollers

Ab rollers are great for working the core as well as promoting balance and overall posture. This simple tool is used by rolling it on the floor while on your knees.

Yoga Mats

There are so many yoga mats on the market that can work in everyone's budget. We believe that yoga mats are vital to every workout as they can help with beginning a workout with stretches to an intense ab workout. The best part is yoga mats are so easy to set up and compact and perfect for virtually any workout.

Weighted Vests

Weighted Vests help intensify a workout by challenging the body to carry more weight. They are often used while running to help challenge the body. These vests can come in a variety of weights depending on the intensity desired.

Foam Tiles

While these are not used to help you with a workout, they help protect the floor from weights and help provide a soft surface to output on.

Foam Rollers

These are a personal favorite as they help smooth out practically any muscle that was used in a workout.
